Soothing, Healing, Self-Accepting

I LOVE Michael Sealey’s Guided Hypnosis & Meditations. I use them regularly and drift off to sleep in the most peaceful way if I’m doing a sleep guided video.  There are plenty of guided meditations meant for the waking hours, too.

Hypnosis – Hypnotherapy – Guided Meditation – Sleep Relaxation

Hi, my name is Michael and welcome to my channel, where I hope you can stop by to relax, listen in, and see for yourself the power of positive hypnosis.

Hypnosis is a completely natural state of often deeply felt relaxation and focused attention, where positive suggestions can be more easily accepted by our subconscious minds. Imagine a fantastic and tranquil state of daydreaming, and that is very close to hypnosis!

Hypnosis can bring us improved self control, clearer and empowered behavioural choices, and allow us to listen to our best inner resources. Many people experience a deep sense of calmness and serenity during hypnotic meditation and are often pleasantly surprised to see the ongoing, life enhancing results.

Thank you greatly for your support, feel free to subscribe and comment on your great results, and I trust you will benefit from your time spent with positive hypnosis.

Peace & Enjoy

6 Things A Woman With Depression Wants You To Know

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2015/07/08/help-someone-with-depression-tips_n_7657192.html?ncid=edlinkushpmg00000042

2. Depression can make you flaky as hell.

To me personally, depression is the same as anxiety.  My anxiety has caused depression. The lines blur.

IMHO, All “mental illness” blends together in a kind of soup of symptoms.  I’ve been that flake dozens of times.

But I’m getting better…!   I work on myself constantly.  So many tools out there these days, so many wonderful teachers, and hayhouseradio.com, too.

I’ve learned how to use extreme-self-care, workbooks, thought leaders’ help, spirituality, meditation, and a multitude of amazing tools to help reshape my thinking and salve my wounds.
