- Water (if possible, no ice), filtered, In most cases “from the tap” water ~ is as fine to drink as any bottled water. Buy yourself a cute, fun, simple, sassy, “feel-good” **Water Bottle** that you like / love.
- The “aesthetically pleasing”, comfortable fit of a water bottle you love drinking from will remind you to refill and sip often. The “nice-to-drink-from” bottle encourages hydration more than you may believe at this moment. This can honestly change your life. It becomes an easy-going reminder to drink your H20, when you have your cool bottle that you dig. Keep it with you! Make it a habit! Handier than you may have imagined, to feel tons better and let the body do its natural healing work. Hydration is one of the easiest ways to improve well-being & overall health.
- Sound too simple? It is. So simple that people oft negate or dismiss it. Buy a snazzy water bottle you love. A safe non-leaching plastic only, *Glass or Stainless steel* preferred.
